Candor and full disclosure are what lead to alignment. And alignment is how you and I create a shared vision for what we’re creating and how we work. As a species, we need to make big changes happen, and I’m here to make them happen. I expect your team is too.
You’ll find on the next page that I’m a specialized instrument. While flexible in what I do, I don’t fit into every workplace culture.
One page simply isn’t sufficient to fully express who someone is. So over the last decade, I’ve asked my teams to teach me what it’s like to work with me and spent lots of resources on understand how I can best create in the world.
I’m in a place in my career where I can afford to look for real cultural, values, methodological alignment. I’m going to do that by expressing my work self as fully as I can. You’re buying a mind, and I want to show you that mind in all of its facets. If this style of communication is too off-putting or abnormal, then it’s done its job as we weren’t going to get along long-term anyway.

My father said, "Work is where you trade your life for a paycheck." This is the complete antithesis - a “south start” of what I believe today. Today, I partner with ventures that are doing meaningful work in the world to help them unlock their potential.
The world is evolving, and I am one of the people who help lubricate that process. As an "enabler," I work in the trenches with teams of people who are also ushering in a new way of living, so a shared vision of the future world we're making is non-negotiable.
After hashing it out as an entrepreneur, I took a recovery stint in cushy but soul sucking corporate America, helping centralize wealth. Now, it's time to get back out on the playing field and see some change happen and stop writing quarterly reports.
