Joined a fast-moving startup with no formal systems in place. Worked hands-on with teams to map workflows, uncover bottlenecks, and optimize operations. Built a company-wide internal wiki and documented SOPs—used for onboarding, off boarding, and cross-functional alignment
Brought in to manage and audit third-party vendors handling business operations (e.g., bookkeeping, legal, and compliance). Recruited, onboarded, and off boarded vendors, implemented quality control processes, and uncovered critical service gaps—leading to performance improvements and contract realignments.
Designed and implemented a semi-automated system to manage asset repair workflows, including ticket tracking, cost logging, and calendar updates. Combined light technical development with process design and staff training. Oversaw rollout and ensured cross-team adoption.
Supported the launch of a new educational division within a newly acquired multimillion-dollar facility. Served as Scrum Master and project lead across multiple departments. Beyond oversight, embedded directly into teams when progress stalled to resolve issues hands-on and keep implementation moving.
Structured bookkeeping and inventory systems for multiple retail locations, including depreciation tracking and stock flow management. Implemented ongoing bookkeeping workflows with quarterly and annual reporting tied to industry benchmarks. Ensured compliance and clarity for growth and audit readiness.
Supported the Danish founder in restructuring the business and articulating long-term vision. Built a pitch deck and financial model for investor engagement in fractional clinic ownership. Helped design a scalable training system; first satellite clinic successfully launched.
Guided the transition from grant-funded to revenue-generating through product monetization strategy and user testing. Led beta rollout, gathered and analyzed user feedback, and aligned pricing with behavior. Resulted in a positive cash flow business and new sustainable revenue model.
Worked with leadership to rediscover the company’s key differentiator after decades of drift. Refined product offering, messaging, and brand assets—including sales decks, web copy, and internal strategy. Helped realign operations and marketing to reinforce the updated position.
Led sales operations for a high-touch subscription business with clients paying $250K+ annually. Built infrastructure, coached reps, and unified team performance through regular metrics reviews and strategic problem-solving. Standardized pricing and process to replace informal legacy practices and increase equity and accountability across the pipeline.
Partnered in Salesforce CRM build-out for a consulting firm to streamline client portfolio management. Oversaw integration of multiple third-party tools and coordinated across vendors. Took ownership of technical implementation, including custom configuration and low-code development.
Launched a new wholesale department from scratch, fully delegated by the founder. Integrated sales ops with existing marketing systems and drove a 300% increase in department revenue. Designed a commission-based influencer program to support long-term brand and channel growth.
Conducted a technical backlink audit and AI-aligned content strategy for a hybrid SaaS/spa business. Refined metadata, Google markup, and code structure to improve organic search visibility. Repositioned brand from tech startup to subject-matter authority through competitor analysis and narrative alignment.
Co-Lead the launch of a multi-event conference series, handling digital marketing, speaker recruitment, and full logistical coordination. Captured and repurposed event content into an internal LMS for lead generation. Oversaw ticketing, venue management, speaker coaching, and VIP experience design.
Support launch, operations, leasing strategy, and marketing for multiple commercial properties managed by real estate brokerage. Acted as point of escalation for tenant relations and dispute resolution. Supported financial oversight, including refinancing and coordination of build-out timelines and capital improvements
Supported early-stage product development from concept through initial user feedback. Led wire framing and UX testing, then served as liaison between the technical team and customer-facing side—translating requirements, managing handoffs, and aligning expectations across departments.
Served as Fractional Chief of Staff, supporting internal operations across hiring, onboarding, off boarding, and performance management. Delivered individualized coaching and ups killing for existing staff. Handled benefits coordination and light HR policy, including resolution of disciplinary and harassment concerns.
Supported global supply chain operations for a CPG company, including import of raw materials and international export of finished goods. Navigated customs, tariffs, and documentation for both small-scale and bulk shipments—some involving controlled substances requiring specialized compliance protocols.
